#Love was definitely in the air as Black Bride hosted its annual Bridal Showcase at the beautiful Atlanta Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown Atlanta. Marking its 3rd year as the premiere bridal showcase in Atlanta, Black Bride offers a host of wedding essentials to make your special day a treasured event. Top wedding professionals from all over the city including local bakers, caterers, photographers, planners & decorators, florist, and designers all showcased their goods and services for soon to be brides (and grooms). This was my second year attending this amazing event and I must say that this years’ gala was even more fabulous than the last. You can read the full recap of my Black Bride v.2012 experience HERE.
Black Bride is definitely one of those “you had to see it to believe it” experiences. To give you an idea of just how FAB Black Bride is I decided to recap this amazing showcase with pics that highlight some of the events most fabulous moments. So, without further ado, welcome to my adventures as a
wannabe aspiring photography maven. 😉
Yours truly and several of my BFF’s (@BlogFabOfficial) hosted the Something Blue Media Lounge where TV & radio personality Egypt Sherrod and Sunday’s Best Season 2 alum Jeff Spain stopped by for candid conversations with the BFF ladies. I had such a wonderful time interviewing our VIP guests and capturing all of the fun on Twitter and Instagram. 😀 Check out some of the fun at #BBBridalShow.
Do I spy BFF ChaKiva rockin a gawgeous wedding gown? Wurk it gurl!!!
Dazzling dresses by top designers graced the runway during the fashion show. The showcase was simply spectacular and even featured a mock wedding! GASP!!!

Huge hugs to Tamika Morrison of T. Morrison Agency and the amazing Mary Chatman of Black Bride for the invite. Thanks to my BFF besties Ally, Kiwi, ChaKiva, Kerrie, Sophia, Parker, Lynn, and Mari for coming out to support this spectacular event!
(And just like last year) after attending Black Bride I can hear the sweet sound of wedding bells chiming in my mind… again. Seems I’ve caught the wedding bug and the urge to renew my vows…again. Hey, I wanna take advantage of all these fabulous new finds that I discovered at Black Bride this year, so renewing my vows in 2014 doesn’t seem like a bad idea after all. Eat your heart out Jackie Christie! 😛
