We are well into the second half of January and what a fast start to 2015 it's been! It's the time of year for resolutions and many of us have added fitness to that long list of things we'd like to accomplish this year. Whether it be training for a 5K or beating personal bests, nothing is better than fresh styles and new gym gear to get us motivated to actually workout!
When the skies are grey and temps drop below zero I'm left feeling more like cozying up on the couch with a hot chocolate than hitting the gym. But… one of my top strategies for getting going is to search out new, fun and brightly colored gym gear.
