Establishment has Re-Established Itself in Midtown!

Establishment restaurant and lounge Atlanta

You may have known Establishment as the go-to place in Buckhead for delicious and creative cocktails accompanied by equally as innovative dishes. But what if I were to tell you that what you once knew as Establishment is now three times as big and no longer in Buckhead?

Establishment has recently revamped everything from their menu to their space. The new 3,500-square-foot space is now located at a hotspot in Midtown with some impressive offerings. Think of Establishment’s fresh digs as the new hip lounge you’ve got to try — complete with yummy eats and some of the most creative cocktails you can think of. Why do I know this? Well, I was able to attend the VIP Night, which included a private tasting and a cocktail social to celebrate the relaunch. So I can tell you firsthand… You’re going to love this place!

They’ve got an impressive selection of bourbon, craft beers are mainstage, and of course, the food is out of this world. You could try the “Chub Burger,” which is made from short rib grind, fried buffalo shrimp, and a blue cheese mousse. Mouth watering yet? Maybe you’re interested in the baked goat cheese macaroni and cheese or the onion doughnuts? You can’t go wrong at the “re-established” Establishment, and the swanky-yet-rustic decor will have you feeling like you’re at some secret celebrity hangout… less the secret password to enter, of course. 😉

If you’re looking to try out the new Establishment, you should know it’s closed on Sundays. But not to fear — it’s open from 4:30 p.m. until 3 a.m. every other night, so I’m sure you’ll get your fill. And, they will have resident DJ’s on premise Thursdays through Saturdays for you to get your groove on well into the night. Let me know what you think if you get the chance to go. Oh, and if you’re asked for the password… Tell em Ohnikka sent you. 😉
