Three Swim Suits You’ll Want for Spring Break

Fashionably brought to you by Simon Malls

I don’t want to get anyone prematurely excited, but it’s almost spring break.

Winter is almost over. We’re almost out of the woods. And not a moment too soon, because this winter weather has got to stop. Like, yesterday.

Even if you haven’t spend these last few months perfecting that spring break physique (and who can blame you? Winter is all about insulating your body with natural fat), you still need a new suit to hit the beach. Here are a few styles I’m considering for my migration south.

If you’re looking for a loud and appropriate print on your swimwear, Urban Outfitters has an excellent selection for your perusal. I’m particularly digging these Patagonia Minimalist Wavefarer Boardshorts. Available in both red and navy, this is a classic beach look that you can use for years to come.

I recently bought a few pairs of briefs from Lacoste and have been obsessed with them ever since. So naturally, I had to see what swimwear they were offering this season. This Taffeta Gingham Swim Trunk, available at Nordstrom, has shorter, classic cut and features a very retro, 60’s style picnic blanket pattern.

Billabong is synonymous is laidback, beach bum style. If you’re going for more of a surfer’s look, these Slice X Boardshorts come in six awesome color combinations and are perfect for the guy who’s at the beach to actually, you know, surf and play.
