Spring is officially in full swing! Yay!!! I absolutely LOVE this time of year. I get so excited when the spring season rolls around, especially when it comes to beauty. With all of the haute hues ahead, who wouldn’t be!?!
So when Kami Cosmetics wanted me to check out their fabulous lip shades for spring, I was like…Heck yeah!!! And just who is Kami Cosmetics you ask? Well here are the deets… The brainchild of beauty maven Kameka Barrett, Kami Cosmetics is an innovative luxury beauty brand specifically designed for the sophisticated, chic and bold woman. I’m listening… And get this, Kami’s cosmetics are cruelty free , allergy tested , and toxin-free making them a smart and healthy choice for your skin. Ok, now you’ve got my full attention! And I absolutely love that Kami’s color collections are very vibrant and adventurous (like me of course 😉 because having a fabulous lipstick in your beauty arsenal is not only a plus, but it’s a must!
So for my ‘lip-must’ test 😛 I picked Kami’s Superstar matte shade to try. The color was a brite fuchsia-pink tone that was very vivid and intense.
I decided to rock my Superstar lipstick at an event where I was a featured panelist. Hey, I love to talk so I knew my lips would be taking a beating throughout the event, so I wanted to see if it would hold up to the punishment I was about to unleash. 😀 Well, not only did my Superstar lipstick perform like a Rockstar, but it stole the show!
